In order to ensure the safety of our customers and our technicians, we will service your carpet and furniture cleaning and emergency water/sewage damage restoration under the following guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
- CLEAN: We will clean all service areas prior to disinfecting using detergent/soap and water on all often touched surfaces, including: in-room phones, TVs, light switches, cords, handles, drawer pulls, bed rails, tables, chairs, bathroom fixtures, doorknobs, countertops, handles, desks, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.
- DISINFECT: Using a ULV Fogger, we disperse a CDC approved and EPA registered industrial-strength disinfectant with a broad spectrum kill claim. Our hospital-grade disinfectant is produced by Mediclean Germicidal. See attached MSDS https://www.jondon.com/pub/media/pdf/msds_docs/MS-US-MBQGCL.pdf. This process does not clean dirty surfaces or remove germs. It kills germs on a surfaces after cleaning, which can further lower the risk of spreading disease.
- SOFT SURFACES: We follow the CDC’s recommendations for the cleaning carpets and soft surfaces. Soft (porous) surfaces, such as carpeted floors, rugs, and drapes, we remove visible contamination if present and clean with appropriate cleaners indicated for use on these surfaces. After cleaning, we use products with the EPA-approved viral pathogen claims that are suitable for porous surfaces.
Lastly: Daily cleaning of frequently used surfaces is an effective way to make your home healthier. A deep cleaning and hospital-grade sanitizer help make your home cleaner and healthier by eliminating germs, bacteria and viruses.
